Experience
Lily worked for some of the industry-leading architecture and design firms, learning every aspect of the business and gaining invaluable experience. Among them were Hill West Architects, renowned for creating numerous residential and hospitality high-rises that adorn the New York City skyline, and Boston-based Eleven Interiors.
For the last 6 years, she has been working as a freelance designer specializing in hospitality projects in the US and abroad. Her responsibilities include collaborating directly with various companies on concept design, visual development, and project implementation.
In addition to her hospitality design work, Lily works with individual clients, offering how-to advice on home remodeling and design. Her articles appeared in a number of trend-setting architecture and design magazines such as Hospitality Design, Marie Claire Maison, and Metropolitan Home.
Education
After completing an honors degree in interior design at Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, Lily moved to Boston to grab a job opportunity that gave her the motivation to pursue her dreams even further. In 2005, Lily applied to New York School of Interior Design to study interior architecture and obtained her MFA degree in 2007. That’s when her career really took off.
